The birthplace of "Charlotte's Web" author E.B. White, located in Mount Vernon at 101 Summit Ave., is currently on sale for $2.8 million, according to its Zillow listing. 

The 6-bed 5-bath residence, built in 1905, is not just a nugget of history; the home also offers luxurious living and plenty of entertainment space.
